How do I join?
You can sign up at reception or fill out our online application form. Our Membership options are available on our website. Get started by booking a free trial session with us!
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, you can freeze your membership by contacting reception. Your membership will be frozen right away and will hold its current membership price.
Can U16’s train?
Yes, U16’s can train with parental supervision and 16 and 17-year-olds will need a signed parental consent form for their gym membership.
Can I get a day pass?
Yes, our day passes are available from reception. One day is £10 and one week is £20.
When will my direct debit payments be taken?
Depending on the day you signup, payment will be taken on either the 5th or 15th of each month.
Can I pay by cash or card?
Yes, we have multiple memberships available for cash, card or direct debit.
What is the cancellation policy?
We have a one-month cancellation policy and a £5 penalty fee if any direct debit payments fail to go through.

Are there changing facilities and showers?
Yes, we provide toilets, showers and changing facilities.
Are there lockers?
Yes, lockers are available while you train. No bags and coats are allowed on the gym floor and class studio. You can bring your own padlock or purchase one from reception. Please be aware, personal possessions are not to be left in the lockers overnight and will be removed by staff.
Is there parking?
Pay and Display parking is available on Green Lane and free parking is available on nearby residential roads.
I’ve left forgotten/left something behind?
Please contact reception and staff will check if any items have been turned into lost property.
Is there Wi-Fi for members?
Yes, please ask reception for the Wi-Fi and password.

We have incorporated extensive cleaning procedures to ensure you can train at ease.
What if I need help in the gym?
Gym staff are available to help you and answer any questions you might have. Members can also book a free induction session with a personal trainer at reception. During this session, we’ll prepare a workout program to achieve your goals and show you how to use all our equipment. If you’re interested in further personal training sessions, please contact reception to find out more about our passionate and experienced trainers!
Is personal training available?
Yes, this is available either on a one-to-one basis or for group exercise. Our personal trainers are highly experienced and passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals. Each trainer sets their own rates.
If I have a disability, will I still be able to train?
When you sign up, we’ll ask you to complete a PAR-Q health questionnaire, which will tell us if we need to check with your doctor before you undertake any physical activities. Your responses will be kept in the strictest confidence. After you join, the gym directors will be informed and will get in touch with you to discuss any provisions before your first visit.
