About Us

At VO2 London we have created a dynamic, fun and performance orientated environment for you to reach the peak of your ability. Fitness is a lifestyle and we want to install strength and confidence into everyone we work with so that you can achieve more than you ever thought possible and evolve to new levels of greatness both physically and mentally.

Personal Training

Creating a strong foundation is important for a healthy happy body and longevity in training therefore we offer bespoke Personal Training services to help identify your personal needs, correct postural dysfunctions and then help you exceed your goals. Our diverse team offer specialities across Body Building, Sports Conditioning, Pre and Post Natal, Competition Specific Coaching,Body Transformations, Lower Back Pain Management,Olympic Lifting and Dynamic Movement Training and Obesity and Diabetes management.

WE ARE FOLLOWING THE UK ACTIVE GUIDELINES WHO PROVIDE THE FRAMEWORK SET BY LEADING MEDICAL EXPERTS AND THE SCIENTIFIC ADVISORY BOARD THAT GUIDE THE UK’S LEADING OPERATORS BACK INTO SAFE PRACTICE.
